Our Process

 

  1. Consultation

Our process begins with a free consultation to gain an overall idea of our client’s requirements regarding the shop design and budget control.

2. Design

Sydland then communicates with our designers to generate multiple design visualisations which can then be tailored according to client feedback.

3. Quotation

We then provide a full project fit-out quotation with a consideration of all the design details and materials along with an estimated job delivery.

 

4. Site Assessment

At this stage, we conduct a site assessment to take down measurements. Afterwards, we provide our clients with a detailed project program.

5. Construction

The construction process is overseen by our experienced project manager to ensure high quality finishes, completed in a timely manner

6. Delivery

Finally, we handover the completed project to our client, along with helping them get an Occupation Certificate.
